Terms and Conditions for Photos By Aslynn

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Photos By Aslynn

 By booking a session or using our services, and/or checking "I agree" on the contact form on the home page of my website, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Payment can be made via Venmo, check, cash, or any other platform.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing one week prior to the session to avoid losing your deposit.

Rescheduling is allowed once and must also be made in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide a full refund of any deposits.

4. Session Details

Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund.

We reserve the right to choose the location, style, and poses during the session to ensure the best outcome.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

All images remain the property of Photos By Aslynn. 

Clients receive a license for personal use only. 

We reserve the right to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that they have the necessary permissions for any locations or properties used during the session.

Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests and must ensure that they do not interfere with the photography process.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the session.

In the event of equipment failure, we will do our best to reschedule and provide a satisfactory resolution.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nebraska.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Children/adult cooperation

Photographer is NOT responsible for behavior of children OR making sure they cooperate. I will not refund for this issue.

11. Refunds

Refunds are ONLY allowed if PhotosByAslynn deems necessary. We have the right to decline refunds if we do not believe they are constituted.
